Hi everyone… er… anyone? I know it’s been a while. But lay off me, I’m busy being a happily married woman! Speaking of marriage, I wanted to share the date video Chewy and I had made for our wedding a while back, but I thought our videographer had to take the video’s down due to some music copyrighting issue. But I just now noticed that the video is up! Yahoo! Where have I been?

WE. LOVED. OUR. VIDEOGRAPHER.

We chose Nathan Picket of NP Films do our date, wedding day and reception videos. He has flawless talent and style to spare. He was fun and personable and was an absolute blast to have around on our wedding day. I’ll share our wedding day and reception videos when they are available!

Enjoy!

…And in the process I neglected my blog. Sorry!

Getting married was by far the best thing I have ever done. My husband is the man of my dreams and I never imagined I could ever be this happy. Ever.  Sigh.

Planning my wedding was so much fun! I think Jared and I are champs. And our moms are pretty darn sweet, too. Oh, and my dad put in a lot of work. Okay, countless people helped and every single one of them is awes. We had some pretty stellar vendors, too. When I got engaged, and while I was planning, I had these visions in my mind of keeping you, my readers, up-to-date on every single little detail of the wedding. That didn’t happen. Hey, at least I let you know I was getting married, right?!

Today, I’m going to give you a run-down of our vendors. And then in the future, I’m going to share some details of my favs!

And it is stressful.

BUT SO FUN!

Anyway, just thought it was about time I told the internet world of my blissful relationship status.

See??? I told you!

She. Is. Incredible.

And a perk of being roommates/bffs with an art student is getting your portrait drawn.

She is in business if you’re looking for an awesome gift.

Check out her art here.

One of the perks of working at a Quilt Shop is getting the chance to attend the International Quilt Market which (lucky for me!) was held in Salt Lake City last weekend.

I was in heaven.

I went to a class taught by Amy Butler on Thursday, then on Friday I met her!

(and she told my friend Sig and I that she liked our outfits and that we were really cute!!! Ahhhhh I almost died).

Saw Sandi Henderson’s boot which was simply to die-for-adorable:

Went to a class taught by Joel Dewberry (and his darling wife) on Thursday and met them on Friday as well! I told him how in love I was with his Aviary 2 line (the grey and mustard colorway) and showed him which pieces I was planning on using for the drapes in my bedroom and which I was planning on using for my bedskirt. I think they liked me 😉

So… Joel talked his wife into designing dress patterns… isn’t this dress adorable? I’m going to make it. And the chair. Swoon.

Also went to a class by Anna Maria Horner. LOVE HER. Look at this adorable peasant top she has coming out soon:

Needless to say I was on Cloud Nine.

I also went to a class by Heather Bailey (who announced she is pregnant!) and showed off party supplies that will be available in her adorable designs. Lila Tuller who used laminated fabric in the most adorable ways… cute patterns to come! Michael Miller designers, Riley Blake designers and much more!

P.S. All of these images belong to the amazing photographer, Sigrid Larsen.

Adele.

I should have posted this months ago, but…

I love Adele.

Always have.

Always will.

Have you heard her new album?

Epic.

Once Jared and I made out to it in my living room (what are we, 15?).

Actually… it was my first time listening to it all the way through.

Maybe that’s why I love it so much?

Anyway, it was hot.

(But not too hot, mom. Promise)

Funny, cause not that I think of it, most of the songs are about lost love and heartache.

Meh, whatev.

Check out this video.

So simple and artsy.

P.S. I’m looking for a new roommate. Anyone? Bueler?
