That is the number of signatures my poor right hand penned in order for my dream home to officially be mine! I closed last week and I’m ecstatic to say the least. It’s slowly coming together… I’ll share pictures of the inside (because I know ya’ll really care about it) when it looks presentable. In the mean time, some pictures from the big day:

I love checking the mailbox to find a package containing something awesome I purchased from Etsy inside. Sunday I was rocking these and I loved every second they were on my face. So did my friends (or so they told me). My mom, however reacted differently. She simply stared at me in confusion. Sometimes parents just don’t understand, you know? See how awesome I look?

I know, I know. Awesome.

Mom… you have no need to worry until the day I come home with this:

Um… I don’t even know what to say now.

Sorry for the lack of thought wrap-up there.

Anyway, go check out Steppie on Etsy! While you’re there, feel free to buy me anything in her shop and don’t go getting any tattoos.

Did that just happen? 2009, I mean. Like, the whole year.

January: Spent zero dollars on clothing. That’s a fact.

February: Visited Michelle in Nebraska! Who would have ever thought I would visit Nebraska… not me. But it was awesome. Started Sweet Somethings with my momma.

March: Went to the Festival of Colors with Aub Bob. Won a photo shoot! Dressed up in 80’s garb and danced the night away.

April: Bought Screamin’ Mimi… aka my scooter. I love her.

May: Happy birthday to me! I got my adorable bicycle, Gigi. Ran my second ever half marathon. Bought my Nikon D60.

June: One word: Hawaii. I don’t even care about anything else that happened in June.

July: I love July. I love the 4th of July. I also love the 24th of July because I live in Utah. July holidays = Bliss.

August: Hong Kong. Macau. Bangkok, Thailand. Epic adventures.

September: Started a photography class, chopped my hair. I love both.

October: Took lots of pictures. Dressed up as a bumble bee.

November: Turkey, mashed, stuffed, etc. Times two.

December: Said good-bye to Elder Nash. Hello house fire. Christmas. New Year’s Eve.

If you’re lucky I’ll post about how I did on my goals for 2009 and fill you in on my goals for 2010. But only if you’re lucky.

Love you all!

xoxo Cambria

Find them here along with other outrageously fabulous vintage sunglasses.

If you’re a millionaire, you can afford these.  If so, buy them here and give them to me for my birthday.  Which is quickly approaching on May 24th.  My shoe size is 7.5.

This is just downright classy and adorable (and coincidentally much more affordable then the sandals!)  Find this and others like it here.

Saturday I braved Utah County with both my parents in my daddy’s truck in the search of a scooter.  “I call middle with my feet on the hump!”  Name that comedian.  Well, despite (or maybe thanks too) the rain, it was a success!

I’d like to introduce you to my new scoot!

Mine is the red one.  Actually, we ended up trading the yellow one for another red one for reasons that will remain a mystery on my blog.  And, just a side note, this picture makes my scoot look orange, it’s really red.  Like, bright, fire engine red. 🙂

P.S. A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to Ty for being the expert and talking us through the scooter hoops.

In other news, we had stake conference on Sunday and it’s was AMAZING.  President Dunn gave the most inspiring talk on how “Impossible is Nothing.”  He encouraged us to think of what we feel is impossible in our lives, and to go after those things.  Nothing is impossible.  Every speaker following Pres. Dunn seemed to echo and expound on his words explaining that if we trust in the Lord, we can do anything.  Alone we may feel small, but with Christ we have everything.  I left this Stake Conference feeling completely inspired and grateful for having the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life.  I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
